You will architect and own the reliability, scalability, and automation of cloud-native infrastructure and application delivery pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize secure Kubernetes (AKS) environments using Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD for GitOps workflows.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure tasks with Shell/Python and managing schema migrations via Flyway.
• Own end-to-end production availability, defining SLAs/SLOs/SLIs, managing error budgets, and leading P0/P1 incident response and RCAs.
• Implement comprehensive observability stacks using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk to monitor system health and performance.
• Operate high-availability cloud database infrastructure (Oracle, Postgres, Cassandra, etc.), including replication, patching, and disaster recovery strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix internals, Shell scripting, and Python.
• Deep knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL, including procedures, triggers, and tuning, alongside NoSQL databases like Cassandra and Couchbase.
• Experience building observability solutions with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Ability to troubleshoot Java applications, gRPC, REST APIs, and messaging systems (SNS/SQS, Elasticsearch).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle GoldenGate replication and disaster recovery failover strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud networking, ingress controllers, and mTLS certificate management.
