Description

You will own the infrastructure, reliability, and automation of complex cloud-native systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure Kubernetes (AKS) environments using Helm and ArgoCD for GitOps workflows.
• Manage cloud networking, including Ingress, Load Balancers, and end-to-end SSL/mTLS certificate management.
• Automate infrastructure tasks with Shell and Python, managing schema migrations via Flyway.
• Own production availability by defining SLAs/SLOs/SLIs, tracking error budgets, and leading P0/P1 incident response and RCAs.
• Operate high-availability database infrastructure (Oracle, Postgres, Cassandra, etc.) and manage replication/DR strategies.

Required Skills

• Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, and GitOps principles.
• Strong Linux/Unix internals, Shell scripting, and Python.
• Observability stacks: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Database expertise: SQL/PL-SQL tuning, Oracle GoldenGate, and NoSQL (Cassandra, Couchbase, Redis).
• Application troubleshooting: Java debugging, gRPC, REST/HTTP/JSON, and messaging systems (SNS/SQS, Elasticsearch).
• 5+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps architecture roles.
