Lead operational transformations and manage production support for a team of four.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own production support intake, ensuring proper coverage, analysis, and timely communication regarding system issues.
• Verify system health and supportability of platform changes to ensure efficient post-production support.
• Build and update logging, dashboards, alerts, and monitors for all platform changes.
• Audit and improve Tier 2 and Tier 3 Runbooks to reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).
• Collaborate with Product Owners to review monitoring configurations prior to launch.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading operational change and managing self-organizing teams.
• Proficiency with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Experience using New Relic for application performance monitoring.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
• Experience using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Proven ability to act as a servant leader within an existing engineering team.
• Experience managing production support workflows and stakeholder communications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Atlanta, GA, USA location.
• Ability to work on-site with no remote option.
