You will design, build, and maintain infrastructure to ensure efficient software delivery and system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate operational processes and tasks using Bash and Python scripting.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD for automated deployment.
• Deploy and scale containerized applications on Amazon EKS using Helm.
• Provision and manage Amazon ElastiCache for Redis and Amazon RDS using Infrastructure as Code.
• Own incident response, post-incident analysis, and the implementation of preventive measures.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon EKS and Helm package manager.
• Experience managing Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure management.
• Experience with Git version control and collaboration platforms.
• Proven ability to manage Amazon ElastiCache (Redis) and Amazon RDS.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and alerting tools like Splunk and OpenTelemetry.
• Background in system administration, infrastructure management, or software engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Telecommunication Billing experience.
