Description

You will design and maintain observability tooling within Kubernetes environments, owning projects from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and tune observability tooling for Kubernetes platforms.
• Engage with engineering teams to adopt observability practices and enable feature work.
• Document standards for logs, metrics, and traces usage across the platform.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for platform observability services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience on an infrastructure or SRE team.
• 2+ years designing and implementing Cloud systems in GCP using Terraform, Kubernetes, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins, or Helm.
• 4+ years working with monitoring, logging, and visualization tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
• 2+ years programming in Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience working with AGILE software development methodologies.
• Ability to own and manage a project’s lifecycle from inception to completion.
