Good to Have Skills: Experience with Synthetic Monitoring (DSM), Oracle, MySQL, Postgres database management, Unix/Windows environments with standard command line operations, Shell Scripting, Windows PowerShell, cloud platforms understanding, containers knowledge, CLI experience, Java or .NET programming language familiarity, defect tracking tools like Remedy and ServiceNow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for DevOps tools and distributed application environments with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• Utilize monitoring and debugging tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Synthetic Monitoring, Splunk, Kibana, and Grafana for system analysis.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents and inquiries related to DevX applications including Gitlab, CICD, JIRA, and SonarQube.
• Work with databases and query languages including SQL, Oracle, MySQL, and Postgres with ability to write simple queries.
• Manage Unix/Linux/Windows environments and execute standard Unix/Windows commands for system administration.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Shell Scripting, Python, or Windows PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
• Support cloud platforms, containers, Docker, and command line interfaces for application deployment and management.
• Handle defect tracking and resolution using tools like Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

Experience Required: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in DevOps tools support with strong background in distributed application support
