Description

You provide comprehensive support for DevOps tools and distributed application environments, focusing on monitoring, incident resolution, and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Utilize monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Kibana, Grafana) for system analysis and synthetic monitoring.
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents related to DevX applications, including GitLab, CI/CD, JIRA, and SonarQube.
• Manage Unix/Linux and Windows environments, executing standard commands for system administration and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell Scripting, Python, or Windows PowerShell.
• Handle defect tracking and resolution using Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps tools support and distributed application support.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Kibana, and Grafana.
• Strong command of SQL, including Oracle, MySQL, and Postgres database management.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Scripting skills in Python, Shell Scripting, or Windows PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Docker, containers, and cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Synthetic Monitoring (DSM).
• Familiarity with Java or .NET programming languages.
