Description

You will provide production support and manage critical incidents within the infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application issues in production environments.
• Manage and drive resolution for operational incidents.
• Use scripting to automate support tasks.

Required Skills

• 1 to 5 years practical experience in Production support or similar role.
• Working knowledge of UNIX/LINUX operating system.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Shell Scripting, Python, Perl, or Javascript.
• Experience with a relational database: Sybase, DB2, SQL, or Postgres.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and managing incidents.
• Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or an engineering field.
• Familiarity with SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets).
