Description

You will own the operational health and stability of critical AI and DevOps platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the stability, reliability, and performance of critical AI and DevOps platforms.
• Lead SRE and Support engineers while managing incident and problem resolution processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to enhance platform services and improve supportability.
• Execute resilience activities, including chaos engineering tests and disaster recovery drills.
• Maintain operational health of production platforms, ensuring SLAs are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a hands-on technical or support leadership role.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices.
• Experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting ability in Python and Java.
• Monitoring expertise using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience managing Incident Management and Problem Management processes.
• Experience in architecture discussions and senior stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB, or Redis.
