Description

You will own the operational health and stability of critical AI and DevOps platforms. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SRE and support engineers, managing incident and problem resolution processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance platform services and improve supportability.
• Execute resilience activities, including chaos engineering tests and disaster recovery drills.
• Maintain production platform health, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on technical or support leadership experience.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Scripting ability in Python and Java.
• Monitoring expertise using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience managing Incident and Problem Management processes.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and manage senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB, or Redis.
