Description

You will support and maintain large-scale enterprise systems and DataLab environments, ensuring stability and performance for distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Fix and resolve support issues for DataLab to maintain system stability.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code and build CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify issues using Splunk logs to minimize on-call incidents.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and document resolutions to capture undocumented knowledge.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure new features meet reliability and performance goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting large enterprise systems.
• Experience managing at least 10 upstream and downstream integrations.
• Proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Working knowledge of basic SQL.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams (India and SCV).
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to decide when to escalate issues.
• Any Graduate degree.
