Description

Manage infrastructure reliability and support operations for DataLab, ensuring system stability and seamless feature delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Fix and resolve support issues to maintain system stability and minimize on-call incidents.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code and build continuous integration pipelines.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and document technical resolutions to build internal knowledge.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure new features meet reliability and performance goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Strong Python programming skills for automation and tooling.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data querying and management.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLFlow.
• Experience in Client Ops.
