Description

Lead DevOps initiatives and manage a team of engineers to ensure stable infrastructure and efficient CI/CD processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers, including performance reviews and development planning.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery speed and quality.
• Develop automation scripts and tools for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code.
• Facilitate incident response and lead post-mortem analysis to drive system improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency with container orchestration and tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Strong experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or other relevant technologies.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
• Knowledge of database management, microservices architecture, and serverless computing.
