DevOps Team Lead

You will lead a team of DevOps engineers while managing scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, including conducting performance reviews and professional development planning.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, resilient infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery speed and integrate automated testing.
• Develop automation scripts and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards like GDPR and HIPAA.
• Facilitate incident response and lead post-mortem analyses to drive system improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Hands-on expertise with container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Experience managing CI/CD processes using Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in AWS or Azure.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, serverless computing, and database optimization.
