Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Own the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation for production systems.
• Drive adoption of DevOps best practices, tools, and methodologies across engineering, QA, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements for DevOps platforms and workflows.
• Manage and optimize cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Support containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Maintain architecture documentation, operational procedures, and automation standards.
• Monitor platform performance, operational metrics, and project progress while reporting updates to senior management.
• Coordinate incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for platform-related issues.

Experience Required:

• 10-15 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or system administration.
• Proven leadership experience managing DevOps or platform engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in CI/CD and infrastructure automation practices.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and GitHub Actions for pipeline automation.
• Strong scripting and operational experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Cloud infrastructure expertise across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Experience managing scalable and secure deployments across hybrid environments.

Education: MCA, BCA, B.Tech, B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), M.Tech, or equivalent in Computer Science or related fields
