Description

Lead a distributed team of DevOps engineers, aligning technical execution with project objectives. Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines for AWS, Salesforce, and Oracle Intelligent Advisor. Oversee Docker-based API deployments, MFT components, Snowflake, and Databricks. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and manage security hardening for quarterly assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a distributed team of DevOps engineers across regions.
• Design and implement Jenkins CI/CD pipelines integrating Salesforce and Oracle Intelligent Advisor.
• Optimize existing DevOps processes for Docker, Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud services.
• Conduct infrastructure troubleshooting and security hardening activities.
• Document security evidence and compliance artifacts for quarterly assessments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of DevOps engineering experience.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-cultural, distributed teams.
• Strong expertise in AWS and RedHat environments.
• Container orchestration with OpenShift and Docker.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Nexus, Quay.
• Source control management using Bitbucket.
• Linux/UNIX shell scripting proficiency.
• Knowledge of security and vulnerability management tools.
