Description

Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Gearset.
• Optimize Gearset workflows for automated testing, validation, backups, and deployments.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to define release strategies and DevOps standards.
• Manage source control using Git, enforcing version control best practices.
• Integrate automated quality checks and test execution into deployment pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in DevOps or release engineering, with 5+ years in Salesforce DevOps.
• Strong hands-on experience with Gearset for deployment automation.
• Deep understanding of Git, including branching models like Git Flow.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools, including Apex tests and Provar.
• Familiarity with Salesforce technologies: Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Experience supporting source-driven development and troubleshooting deployment issues.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
