Description

Lead the DevOps transformation roadmap across development, testing, and operations while managing and mentoring SRE and support engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design processes for frequent, observable, and auditable low-risk deployments.
• Develop automation for infrastructure management and application/platform monitoring.
• Execute DevOps strategy to increase workflow velocity while maintaining reliability, scalability, and security.
• Mentor DevOps and SRE engineers to drive tool and process adoption.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of DevOps technical leadership or architecture experience.
• Extensive experience with container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS.
• Proven track record designing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild/CodeDeploy, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services including VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, EKS, CloudWatch, S3, Route53, and Lambda.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCE, and Azure.
• Proficiency with source control management using Git and Artifactory.
• Experience implementing CI/CD security toolsets, including SAST/DAST, SCA, and container registry scanning.
• Strong troubleshooting skills within complex Unix/Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with observability and monitoring systems like ELK, SumoLogic, Splunk, or New Relic.
