Description

Lead the DevOps engineering team to drive automation and streamline software delivery across India and Europe.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor DevOps engineers, governing daily deliverables and performance.
• Develop and implement DevOps strategies to improve operational efficiencies and release pipelines.
• Support automation frameworks for build, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and manage governance reporting and solution presentations.
• Act as Scrum Master to ensure Agile development practices are strictly followed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related engineering roles.
• 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of core DevOps principles and CI/CD practices.
• Proficient English communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate French language skills.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator certifications.
