You will lead a DevOps team focused on environment management and technical solution sustainability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define environment strategy and oversee build and deployment processes.
• Drive technical implementation, testing, and deployment planning.
• Manage quality assurance, operations, and long-term sustainability of technical solutions.
• Provide design options to resolve complex technical issues and evaluate new technology adoption.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to maintain high efficiency and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Manager overseeing implementation and deployment.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration tools.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceNow environments.
• Knowledge of SDLC tools including DevOps and Jira.
• Proficiency in domain-driven micro-service design and implementation.
• Experience with service mesh tools like Istio and Argo.
• Any Graduate degree.
