Description

Lead engineering delivery and testing for ServiceNow ESM convergence, ensuring high quality and predictable development through disciplined DevOps practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce DevOps standards for ServiceNow, including environment parity, automated update sets, and release rollback discipline.
• Partner with development teams to ensure secure, compliant, and repeatable releases across the Golden Instance.
• Own the end-to-end testing strategy for ESM convergence, covering functional, regression, integration, and upgrade testing.
• Enforce coding, configuration, and testing standards, leading code reviews to ensure OOTB-first principles.
• Provide clear quality and risk reporting to program and executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps and Quality Assurance.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for regression and functional testing.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow release management and update set strategies.
• Ability to define and manage environment strategies (dev/test/prod parity).
• Proficiency in defect triage, prioritization, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with code reviews and enforcing platform architecture standards.
• Strong communication skills for executive reporting and cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in ServiceNow Certified DevOps Professional or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments.
