Description

You will own the automation, optimization, and support of application infrastructure within a cloud-first environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Git to automate software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using Ansible, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation.
• Support Java-based application builds, manage version control with SVN, and troubleshoot build issues.
• Deploy, scale, and manage cloud applications using AWS services such as EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda, VPC, and Route 53.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures, test suite errors, and application deployment issues across environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud-based IT infrastructure support focused on application development and DevOps.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and supporting Java applications.
• Proficiency with AWS services: EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, VPC, and CloudFormation.
• Strong expertise with automation tools: Ansible, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of Java application build and deployment processes and associated troubleshooting.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, PowerShell, or Node.js.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) for container orchestration.
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle, MongoDB, Redis) and application networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
