Description

• O365 Knowledge – just an understanding is fine (teams, completely cloud, no AD, outlook, onedrive, defender, Intra ID, enterprise apps and the API’s related)
• Knowledge of ERP systems – New release update is coming out; a lot of programming, testing and user training. Vormetax/VAI/S2K. Use all modules.
• Extensive programming experience in any of these languages – RPG/SQL/C/Python/Java/Json/APIs – new development and enhancements understand program flows and knows SDLC
• Understanding of common cyber threats (malware, phishing, ransomware) – Security on the S2k side, on the AS400 side. Have Crowdstrike, modified so it integrates with Cisco. Someone who has integrated third-party tools with EDR’s
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
• The ability to take the initiative, learn, train and is self-motivated
• Willing to participate in after-hours system monitoring and on-call coverage – 1 weekend per month; make themselves available for the West Coast plant. Hardly ever get calls on the weekend
• Willing to implement critical patches on production system after hours
• Willing to work on weekends when necessary to minimize business impact
• Ensure accuracy in system configs and demonstrate attention to detail by delivering error-free work
