Description

You will lead the technical design, implementation, and assurance of DevSecOps tooling to enable secure, rapid delivery across security boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own the overarching design and technical implementation of CI/CD pipelines and integrated security tooling.
• Lead DevSecOps Engineers, making critical design decisions and assessing technical options.
• Define requirements to ensure implementations satisfy business outcomes and security needs.
• Produce and assure technical documentation and models for tooling and associated processes.
• Define support approaches in collaboration with Service and Support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership and design roles.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with artifact management using Harbor.
• Hands-on experience with automated test tooling such as Selenium.
• Knowledge of secure secrets management and orchestration.
• Experience with Application Security Testing (SCA, IAST, DAST, SAST) and tools like Synopsys (Black Duck, Coverity, CodeSight).
• Competency in cloud environments including Azure and AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Robot Framework and Azure Test Plans.
• Knowledge of Archimate or BizzDesign for modeling.
