Description

Lead DevSecOps practices for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations, owning secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and security compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines specifically for Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Integrate security best practices directly into development workflows and processes.
• Manage infrastructure through automation, monitoring, and oversight using IaC tools.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to bridge operational gaps.
• Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in DevSecOps or infrastructure roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.
• Deep expertise in DevSecOps methodologies and security compliance.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket and TeamCity.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of vulnerability management and security remediation strategies.
• Experience bridging operational gaps between development and security teams.
