Description

You will support the Platform Ops / SRE team by managing Windows-based application operations, CI/CD pipelines, and production stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for Windows-based applications.
• Deploy and manage applications running on AWS EC2 (Windows servers).
• Automate operational tasks including server provisioning, patching, service restarts, and deployments using PowerShell or .NET utilities.
• Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and incident response for Windows workloads.
• Collaborate with .NET application teams to ensure runtime stability and maintain operational runbooks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT operations or DevSecOps.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS EC2, specifically Windows workloads.
• Expertise in Windows server administration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in automation using PowerShell, scripts, or .NET-based utilities.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance using Jenkins.
• Working knowledge of .NET applications and the application stack.
• Familiarity with infrastructure and application monitoring tools.
• Proven experience in production support and incident handling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools for Windows environments.
