Description

You will own the automation and security of ServiceNow-based telecom operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop programming solutions using Javascript and Java for the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Automate configuration management and deployments via Ansible.
• Integrate AWS-SDK into existing workflows and architectures.
• Support service and resource orchestration within a telecom environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software or DevOps roles.
• Proficiency in Javascript and Java programming.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform.
• Experience with CloudFormation.
• Practical knowledge of Ansible.
• Working experience with AWS-SDK.
• Understanding of Event-driven Architecture.
• Knowledge of SDWAN technologies, specifically Cisco Viptela and Versa.
• Experience with Order Management, Service Orchestration, and Workflow Engines in a telecom context.
