Description

You will define and operationalize the AI engineering delivery process, establishing standards, release practices, and lifecycle controls for the organization. You will build the delivery structure covering development and operations, setting baseline KPIs for both engineering and DevSecOps functions. You will evaluate and integrate ADLC and AI SDLC practices, selecting vendors and open-source products to build the future technology stack. You will partner with enterprise architecture leadership to align engineering tooling with enterprise standards and collaborate with CIO, CISO, and risk stakeholders to ensure AI governance compliance. You will stand up pod-based or scrum-team structures to deliver priority AI use cases, driving fast execution and iterative learning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Define and operationalize the AI engineering and delivery process flow, including tools, standards, and release practices.
  • Establish baseline KPIs for Engineering and DevSecOps functions to measure performance and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and integrate ADLC and AI in SDLC practices, selecting suitable vendors and open-source products.
  • Partner with enterprise architecture leadership to align engineering tooling and implementation with enterprise standards.
  • Stand up pod-based or scrum-team structures to deliver priority AI use cases and refine the broader framework.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud DevOps, and SDLC processes.
  • Deep familiarity with AI Ops, LLM Ops, and industrialized AI delivery methods.
  • Proven experience building greenfield AI ecosystems and internal developer platforms.
  • Strong hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach teams and define processes.
  • Ability to select tools, identify bottlenecks, and adjust rapidly based on observed outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders (CIO, CISO, CFO, Risk, Legal) on governance and alignment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience driving adoption of internal developer platforms across engineering teams.
  • Ability to operate at both executive and engineering depth with strong communication skills.
