Description

Secure and manage software development processes and infrastructure within Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Rego policies to enforce security controls and compliance standards across GCP infrastructure.
• Integrate automated security checks and scans into GCP-focused CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect and implement secure microservices and containerized applications following GCP security best practices.
• Design and manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform to provision GCP resources.
• Perform security assessments, threat modeling, and risk assessments for GCP deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer.
• Expertise in Rego policies and policy-as-code implementation within GCP.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP services, security controls, and security frameworks.
• Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
• Proficiency with Wiz for continuous security monitoring in GCP.
• Experience securing containers and microservices in GCP environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Ability to use GCP-specific security tools and vulnerability scanners.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer certification.
• Google Professional DevOps Engineer certification.
