Description

Lead the end-to-end migration of repositories, pipelines, and artifacts from GitLab to GitHub while managing a team of engineers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate migration projects, coordinating with application teams to transfer GitLab repositories and artifacts.
• Design and implement reusable CI/CD workflows within GitHub.
• Build automation utilities using scripting languages to streamline the transition.
• Lead technical direction and coordinate work across multiple application teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues during the migration process.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years focused on DevSecOps.
• Deep knowledge of GitLab and GitHub platforms.
• Expertise in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Unix Shell, Python, or PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional technical work.
