Description

You will serve as a lead engineer responsible for supporting complex IT projects and driving organizational maturity through technical leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Azure DevOps (ADO) structures, including Wikis, work items, pipelines, and Git repositories.
• Automate CI/CD workflows on RedHat OpenShift (OCP), Linux, Windows, SQL Server, and Oracle environments.
• Build and deploy container images and applications for Java and .NET using standard ADO tasks.
• Troubleshoot application issues within RedHat OpenShift Container Platform environments.
• Create Build, Deployment, and CRD configuration files, including Docker, S2I images, and StatefulSets.
• Manage Elastic Stack administration, including performance, capacity, and index retention management.
• Integrate security tools like SonarQube, Coverity, and Black Duck into ADO pipelines and Pull Request flows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps or related engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in Red Hat OpenShift V4 and Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines, Git, and branching standards.
• Proficiency with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) version 8.X or higher.
• Experience creating Custom Helm charts and managing Docker repositories like Quay.
• Competency in Linux scripting using Bash, .ksh, or Python.
• Ability to debug Java errors and manage Apache Tomcat or JBOSS integrations.
• Knowledge of SSL, TCP/IP networking, and LDAP.
• Experience with Elastic Beats including Filebeat and Heartbeat.
• Technical proficiency with OCP, Linux, Windows, SQL Server, Oracle, Java, Python, Filebeat, Heartbeat, and Apache Tomcat.
