Description

You will lead the design and implementation of DevSecOps practices, driving technical maturity through mentorship and complex project execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Azure DevOps structures, including Wikis, work items, pipelines, and Git repositories.
• Automate CI/CD workflows on RedHat OpenShift, Linux, Windows, SQL Server, and Oracle environments.
• Build and deploy container images for Java and .NET applications using standard Azure DevOps tasks.
• Manage Elastic Stack administration, covering performance, capacity, and index retention.
• Integrate security tools like SonarQube, Coverity, and Black Duck into Azure DevOps pipelines and Pull Request flows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps or related engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in Red Hat OpenShift V4 and Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, Git, and branching standards.
• Proficiency with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) version 8.X or higher.
• Experience creating Custom Helm charts and managing Docker repositories like Quay.
• Competency in Linux scripting using Bash, .ksh, or Python.
• Ability to debug Java errors and manage Apache Tomcat or JBOSS integrations.
• Knowledge of SSL, TCP/IP networking, and LDAP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Elastic Beats including Filebeat and Heartbeat.
• Technical proficiency with OCP, Linux, Windows, SQL Server, Oracle, Java, and Python.
