Description

You will develop and implement Design for Testability (DFT) architectures and methodologies for complex designs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop DFT architectures including Scan, ATPG, MBIST, and JTAG.
• Implement testing methodologies using industry-standard tools.
• Utilize scripting to automate design and testing workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies.

Required Skills

• 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in DFT design.
• Proficiency in ATPG, SCAN, MBIST, and JTAG.
• Hands-on experience with Tessent, Tetramax, Modus, Genus, and DFTmax.
• Working knowledge of SSN and SMSCL.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, or TCL.
• Experience with Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in R&D environments within IT Services or Consulting.
