Description

You will own business analysis work and projects with distinct deliverables for solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities.
• Conduct interviews to gather business requirements and perform as-is capability analysis.
• Execute industry, competitive, and State analyses, including business case development and market research.
• Support system go-live activities including conversion, support desk, site support, and training delivery.
• Perform PMO activities such as project time tracking, work plan updates, and status reporting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience translating technical information for technical and non-technical personnel.
• 7+ years of experience documenting communications, minutes, agendas, and stakeholder presentations.
• 7+ years of experience writing system documentation, requirements, and release notes.
• 7+ years of experience documenting status reports, SOPs, policies, and CMS documentation related to MMIS Certification.
• 7+ years of experience using Jira and Visio.
• 7+ years of experience working with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work without assistance and manage medium complexity work efforts.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience using SharePoint.
• 3+ years of State Government experience.
