Description

You will manage the planning and implementation of a new Electronic Health Record system and the transition from legacy revenue cycle management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project scope, schedule, and quality for the Revenue Cycle EHR build team.
• Guide workflow design, system building, testing, and technical troubleshooting associated with Epic software.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and input data into the State's Project Portfolio Tool using MS Project Server.
• Coordinate with the EHR Program Director and other project managers to align activities and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Report project status, budget, and upcoming milestones to leadership through weekly communications.

Required Skills

• Epic certification in at least one Revenue Cycle application.
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Project Server.
• Experience managing EHR implementations and transitions from legacy RCM systems.
• Strong capability in workflow design and technical issue analysis.
• Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, including onsite presence for orientation and go-live support.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
