Description

Manage end-to-end testing for Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) and Medicaid Modular Information System (MIMS) modules in Salem, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Lead the test management process, creating and maintaining test plans, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Manage and coordinate SIT and UAT teams, mentoring testers on case execution and prioritizing assignments.
• Drive the defect management process and coordinate with vendors to ensure testing meets quality metrics.
• Review test scenarios, cases, and data to ensure requirements coverage via RTM.
• Gather, interpret, and present test execution metrics and quality reports to steering committees.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software test management as a Test Lead or Test Manager.
• Experience managing testing teams of 20-25+ testers across SIT and UAT.
• 5+ years coordinating multiple distributed testing teams across various organizational divisions.
• 5+ years of experience managing and coordinating with vendor testing teams.
• Expertise in functional, non-functional, smoke, sanity, integration, usability, UAT, end-to-end, regression, and performance testing.
• Proficiency with Microfocus ALM, JIRA, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
• Strong experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience with Cloud testing and expert-level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage quality metrics and provide formal reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and security, penetration, load, or performance testing.
• Experience with Medicaid/MMIS projects, CMS seven standards, MITA frameworks, or CMS certification requirements.
