Description

You will support the implementation of the Provider Enrollment and Data Management and Credentialing module under the direction of the Technical Lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support data conversion activities by validating mappings between legacy and target systems and verifying conversion outputs with the business team.
• Assist with integration and interface tasks, including validating designs, verifying business processes, and coordinating testing with integration partners.
• Interface with business owners, stakeholders, and vendors to oversee implementation and manage multiple vendor relationships.
• Provide project support through planning, analysis, documentation, and execution of tasks to meet objectives.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate technical requirements and assessments across vendors, ITD, and DHB.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or technical roles.
• Proven experience delivering data conversion and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and developing business rules and process flows.
• Hands-on experience with file transfer methodologies and file types including CSV, TXT, and XML.
• Experience working with databases, specifically using SQL.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for facilitating small to large meetings.
