You serve as the primary analyst for assigned Epic interfaces, managing the full development lifecycle from design to go-live.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete interface application development cycle, including analysis, design, specification, implementation, and support.
• Collaborate with application teams, SMEs, and third-party experts to document business requirements and configure interfaces.
• Coordinate testing, build, cutover planning, and go-live activities by engaging vendors and engine developers.
• Develop data-translation routines with interface engine developers to meet Epic and external system data format needs.
• Diagnose and resolve interface-related issues through proactive monitoring and technical troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• Mandatory Epic Bridges certification.
• 5+ years of Epic interface development experience.
• 5 years of Health IT experience.
• 3 years of Epic implementation and operations support experience.
• 8 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, and system integration.
• 8 years of experience with enterprise systems, security protocols, and system architecture troubleshooting.
• 8 years of experience managing project timelines, stakeholder coordination, and technical solution requirements.
• Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to clients and stakeholders.
