Description

You will serve as a senior SME focusing on Voice and AV architectural design and implementation for a new DHHS campus infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Voice and AV architecture for new building construction and enterprise environments.
• Develop technical standards, blueprints, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps for the Voice/AV domain.
• Manage the installation of Voice/AV technologies throughout new infrastructure environments.
• Engage with subject matter experts and business liaisons to align business requirements with IT capabilities.
• Conduct market research on emerging technologies and general themes within assigned architecture areas.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Voice/AV design and implementation.
• Expertise in IP Telephony and softphone technologies.
• Proven experience with MS Teams and Webex for online collaboration.
• Experience managing Voice/AV requirements for new building construction and campus-scale infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate technical Voice/AV needs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Experience defining team structures and resource levels to support business needs.
