Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Voice and AV architectural design and implementation for a new DHHS campus infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Voice/AV architecture for enterprise environments and new building construction.
• Develop technical standards, blueprints, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps for the Voice/AV domain.
• Identify and communicate Voice (IP and other types) and AV requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage team structures and resource levels to support business needs within the Voice/AV environment.
• Conduct market research on emerging technologies and general themes in assigned architecture areas.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing Voice/AV systems for new campus environments.
• 10+ years of experience installing Voice/AV technologies throughout new environments.
• Expertise in IP Telephony, softphones, and online collaboration tools including MS Teams and Webex.
• Proven ability to lead technology projects from design through implementation.
• Experience aligning business needs with IT requirements through engagement with subject matter experts and business liaisons.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project objectives.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical needs to diverse audiences.
