Description

Develop embedded software to verify ASIC, FPGA, board, and system designs for engineering and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop diagnostics software and firmware for system, board, FPGA, and ASIC verification and validation.
• Collaborate with hardware design, software development, and manufacturing teams to meet design objectives.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans to validate diagnostics software.
• Automate software tools using hands-on test automation and programming techniques.
• Translate engineering and manufacturing requirements into technical design objectives and project schedules.

Required Skills

• MSEE/CS or MSCE with 2+ years of related experience, or BSEE/CS or BSCE with 4+ years of related experience.
• Expertise in C programming.
• Strong background in hardware and low-level programming.
• Experience with driver-level or embedded software development.
• Proficiency in UNIX development environments.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for software and hardware issues.
• Ability to design, plan, and schedule complex diagnostics projects.
• Effective written and oral English communication skills.
