Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Dialogflow CX virtual agents and conversational workflows.
  • Build and manage intents, entities, training phrases, pages, and state handlers.
  • Optimize NLU models to improve intent recognition and conversation accuracy.
  • Develop webhook integrations with backend systems and enterprise applications.
  • Integrate Dialogflow CX with telephony and IVR platforms using SIP/SIPREC.
  • Implement Generative AI capabilities for dynamic and context-aware conversations.
  • Analyze chatbot and voice bot performance using CCAI Insights.
  • Enhance customer experience through continuous optimization and automation initiatives.

Experience Required:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in Conversational AI or Contact Center Automation.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Dialogflow CX development.
  • Experience with NLU training and intent optimization.
  • Proficiency in webhook development and backend integrations.
  • Experience integrating voice solutions using SIP/SIPREC.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI).
  • Experience with Generative AI and conversational automation platforms.
  • Exposure to CRM and database integrations is an added advantage.
