Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Dialogflow CX virtual agents and conversational workflows.
- Build and manage intents, entities, training phrases, pages, and state handlers.
- Optimize NLU models to improve intent recognition and conversation accuracy.
- Develop webhook integrations with backend systems and enterprise applications.
- Integrate Dialogflow CX with telephony and IVR platforms using SIP/SIPREC.
- Implement Generative AI capabilities for dynamic and context-aware conversations.
- Analyze chatbot and voice bot performance using CCAI Insights.
- Enhance customer experience through continuous optimization and automation initiatives.
Experience Required:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Conversational AI or Contact Center Automation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Dialogflow CX development.
- Experience with NLU training and intent optimization.
- Proficiency in webhook development and backend integrations.
- Experience integrating voice solutions using SIP/SIPREC.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI).
- Experience with Generative AI and conversational automation platforms.
- Exposure to CRM and database integrations is an added advantage.
Education: Any Graduation
