Description

You design and develop Dialogflow CX virtual agents, conversational workflows, and generative AI capabilities for contact center automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Dialogflow CX agents, managing intents, entities, pages, and state handlers.
• Optimize NLU models to improve intent recognition and conversation accuracy.
• Develop webhook integrations with backend systems, CRM, and enterprise applications.
• Integrate Dialogflow CX with telephony and IVR platforms using SIP/SIPREC.
• Analyze bot performance using CCAI Insights and implement continuous optimization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Conversational AI or Contact Center Automation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Dialogflow CX development.
• Experience with NLU training and intent optimization.
• Proficiency in webhook development and backend integrations.
• Experience integrating voice solutions using SIP/SIPREC.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI).
• Experience with Generative AI and conversational automation platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to CRM and database integrations.
