Description

You will develop and implement complex conversational flows using Dialogflow CX.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement conversational flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment logic using cloud functions or webhooks.
• Write clean, documented, and testable code with proper error handling and logging.
• Monitor agent performance and optimize areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dialogflow CX agent performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality chat solutions.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of overall software development experience.
• 2+ years of proven experience developing and deploying chat solutions using Dialogflow CX.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.
• Experience with API integration (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect or Developer certifications.
• Experience with Jest and testing frameworks.
