You will design and implement conversational experiences using data from various industries.
Responsibilities
- Apply conversational design principles to create effective user interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement end-user requirements.
- Analyze data to identify and suggest improvements for the user experience.
- Manage deliverables for specific use cases and act as a point of contact for client teams.
- Coordinate with engineering and TechOps teams to surface and resolve technical issues.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in conversational design.
- Deep understanding of conversational design principles and practices.
- Experience with Natural Language Understanding (NLU) tools and techniques.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to manage compliance for other analysts on the team.
- Experience acting as a mentor or buddy for new team members.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Basic Python scripting skills.
