You will design and implement conversational experiences using data from various industries.

Responsibilities

• Apply conversational design principles to create effective user interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement end-user requirements.
• Analyze data to identify and suggest improvements for the user experience.
• Manage deliverables for specific use cases and act as a point of contact for client teams.
• Coordinate with engineering and TechOps teams to surface and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in conversational design.
• Deep understanding of conversational design principles and practices.
• Experience with Natural Language Understanding (NLU) tools and techniques.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to manage compliance for other analysts on the team.
• Experience acting as a mentor or buddy for new team members.

Preferred Skills

• Basic Python scripting skills.
