Description

You will audit websites and applications for digital accessibility compliance, documenting findings and guiding teams on remediation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Audit websites and applications using manual and automated tools to ensure adherence to digital standards.
• Test accessibility across desktop and mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
• Document review results thoroughly and provide findings to application support teams and stakeholders.
• Meet with teams to explain technical results and ensure processes are followed and optimized.
• Review digital assets for adherence to branding standards.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
• Proficiency with assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
• Experience using accessibility evaluation tools such as WAVE, Developer Tools, and Accessibility Inspector.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ARIA.
• Ability to work across multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills for explaining complex terminology to various audiences.
