Lead the analytics function for digital and credit card business performance, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to deliver insights across digital and credit card domains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business questions and build predictive models using SAS and Python.
• Leverage Adobe Analytics to track, interpret, and report on digital KPIs and customer behavior.
• Translate data findings into strategic business recommendations that influence leadership decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency in SAS and Python for large-scale data analysis and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Understanding of credit card operations and related financial metrics.
• Ability to interpret P&L statements and profitability drivers.
• Experience in customer segmentation and campaign performance analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex insights effectively to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• Minimum 1-year tenure in current or previous roles.
