You will perform advanced analytics to support business intelligence and strategic decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis to drive business strategy and performance improvement.
• Develop and automate dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track business health.
• Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to business leaders.
• Partner cross-functionally to align data needs with business objectives.
• Manage and escalate risk or customer-impacting issues promptly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL within cloud environments like Snowflake.
• Expertise in data visualization using Tableau.
• Experience with statistical analytics tools such as Python and/or SAS.
• Proficiency in Excel and general data analysis.
• Background in Financial Services, specifically Credit, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
