Lead end-to-end digital analytics initiatives to drive platform enhancements through data-driven insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital analytics initiatives using Adobe Analytics and custom tagging solutions.
• Extract and process large volumes of customer interaction data to uncover behavioral trends.
• Write and optimize SQL and PySpark scripts for querying and transforming large datasets.
• Develop dashboards and reports for digital KPIs, customer journeys, and A/B test results.
• Partner with product, marketing, and UX teams to provide strategic recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and digital tracking tools.
• Strong SQL skills for complex data querying and transformation.
• Working knowledge of PySpark for large-scale data processing.
• Experience using Python for statistical modeling and analytics automation.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and funnel analysis.
• Understanding of data governance and quality assurance in reporting workflows.
• Ability to translate digital data into actionable business insights.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
